Determination of claims for registration of occupancy and continuation of tenancy. The Deputy Commissioner shall examine means an inandar nature and history of all lands in respect of which a kadin uaat, a permanent tenant, the holder of a minor inam, or an IDAmdar claims to be registered as occupant under sections 4, 5, aud 8, as the case may be, or in respect of which any person laims to be continued as tenant under section 6, and decide in respect oi which lands the claims should be allowed. a
