Right to agricultural land used for non-agricultural purposes. Where any land used for agricul tural purposes has been eouvertad for any purpose unconnected with agriculture, the holder of such land shall be entitled to keep the land provided that such conversiOn was not void or illegal under any law in force at the time. 134
