Short title, extent, application and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inams Abuli tion Act, 1955. PRELIMINARY. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Mysore except Bellary District. (a) religious inans including the Sringeri Jahgir; and (6) charitable inams.
