Constitution of Area Sabhas.- (1) There shall be one Area Sabha for each polling station area of the ward of the Municipality. (2) The Area Sabha shall consist of representatives and additional representatives of all the Neighbourhood Groups within the limits of the polling station area of the ward of the Municipality: 73 Provided that, the additional representatives shall not have voting rights if the representative is present in the meeting.
