Provisions of Improvement Acts not affected.—The provisions of Chapter VIII of this Act shall not be applicable to the area to which the City of Mysore Improvement Act, 1903 (Mysore Act 3 of 1903) for the time being in force, extends, and any other municipal area for which an Improvement Board is constituted under any other similar law.
