Rat-proof building for warehouse for storing grain.— Subject to the provisions of any law regulating the construction of warehouses, the municipal council may require that any building, used or intended to be used as a warehouse for the storage of grain, shall be protected or erected so as to render such building rat-proof and may for this purpose 123 prescribe the plan and the design to be adopted and the materials to be used for such building.
