The provisions of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1966 not affected.- The provisions of this Act in so far as they relate to markets and other premises shall not be applicable to any market established under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1966 and the provisions of this Act with respect to any other market shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the said Act.
