Indemnity to Government, municipal authorities, officers and servants.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any municipal authority, officer, or servant or any person acting under the direction of the Government or any municipal authority, officer or servant, in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or any rule, bye-law, regulation or order made under it.
