Notice of prohibition or setting apart of places.- Whenever the corporation, a standing committee or the Commissioner shall have set apart any place for any purpose authorised by this Act or shall have prohibited the doing of anything in any place, the Commissioner shall forthwith cause to be put up a notice in English and in Kannada at or near such place. Such notice shall specify the purpose for which such place has been set apart or the act prohibited in such place.
