Appeal from Commissioner to standing committee.- (1) An appeal shall lie to the Standing Committee from,- (a) any notice issued or other action taken or proposed to be taken by the Commissioner,- (i) under sections 138, 247, 248, 249, 252, 1[xxx]1 322(1), 323(1), 328(1), 329, 330, 337, 345, 347, 354, 355 and 358;
