Penalty for unauthorised use of corporation property.- Whoever dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use any corporation property or puts into improper or unauthorised use such property shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
