Prohibition of inoculation for small-pox.- Inoculation for small- pox is prohibited. (2) No person who has undergone the operation of inoculation shall enter the city before the lapse of forty days from the date of inoculation without a certificate from a medical practitioner of such class as the Commissioner may authorise stating that such person is no longer likely to produce small-pox by contact or near approach.
