Application to construct or re-construct huts.- (1) Every person who intends to construct or re-construct a hut shall send to the Commissioner,- (a) an application in writing for permission to execute the work, and (b) a site-plan of the land. (2) Every such application and a plan shall contain the particulars and be prepared in the manner required under the rules or bye-laws.
