Every resolution of a standing committee shall be made available to every member of the committee within fifteen days from the date of the passing of such resolution and the corporation may, on a motion by any member of the corporation modify or amend or revoke any such resolution. 277 SCHEDULE II (See sections 2(10) and 92) ESSENTIAL SERVICES CLASS I (a) Scavenging or cleaning streets or premises.
