Prohibition against making connection without permission.- (1) No person shall, without the permission of the Commissioner, make any connection with any corporation cable, wire, pipe, drain or channel or with the house connection of any other person. (2) The Commissioner may, by notice, require any connections made in contravention of sub-section (1) to be demolished, removed, closed, altered or re-made.
