Supply of water for domestic purpose not to include any supply for certain specified purpose.- The supply of water for domestic purposes shall not be deemed to include any supply,- (a) for any trade, manufacture or business; (b) for gardens or for purposes of irrigation; (c) for building purposes; (d) for fountains, swimming baths, public baths or tanks or for any ornamental or mechanical purposes; (e) for animals, where they are kept for sale or hire for the sale of their produce or any preparation therefrom; (f) for the consumption and use by the inmates of hotels, boarding houses and residential clubs; (g) for the consumption and use by the persons resorting to theatres and cinemas; (h) for constructing or for watering streets; or (i) for washing vehicles where they are kept for sale or hire; but shall be deemed to include a supply,- (i) for flushing privies or drains; and (ii) for all baths other than swimming baths or public baths.
