Prohibition of building over water mains.- (1) Without the permission of the Commissioner, no building, wall or other structure shall be newly erected and no street shall be constructed over any corporation water main. (2) If any building wall or other structure be so erected or any street be so constructed, the Commissioner may cause the same to be removed or otherwise dealt with as shall appear to him fit and the expenses thereby incurred shall be paid by the person contravening the provisions of sub-section (1).
