Contribution for supply of water to the inhabitants of the City of Bangalore.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the 1[Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike]1shall make such contribution to the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board for supply of water for the benefit of such class of inhabitants of the City of Bangalore in accordance with such arrangements as the said corporation has entered into with the said Board before the commencement of this Act.
