Appointment of staff.- (1) The Board may, by regulations make provisions for method of recruitment and conditions of service of the employees of the Board. (2) Subject to such conditions of service as may be specified by regulations made in this behalf, the Board may appoint 1[officers and staff]1 as may be required to enable the Board to carry out its functions under this Act.
