Direction by the Government to the Board.- (1) The Government may give directions to the board as in its opinion are necessary or expedient in connection with the reappropriation of funds and expenditure from the fund or for carrying out the other purposes of the Act. (2) It shall be the duty of the board to comply with such directions.
