Amendment of section 4.- In section 4 of the Principal Act,- (1) in sub-section (1), for the words ―eighty thousand rupees‖, the words ―one lakh twenty thousand rupees‖ shall be substituted; (2) in sub-section (2), for the words, ―twenty thousand rupees‖, the words ―thirty thousand rupees‖ shall be substituted.
