Amendment of section 12.- In section 12 of the Principal Act, in sub-section (2),- (i) in clause (b), for the words "thirty rupees", the words "forty rupees" shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (d), for the words "two thousand rupees", the words "two thousand five hundred rupees" shall be substituted; (iii) in first proviso, for the words "two thousand five hundred rupees", the words "three thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (iv) in the third proviso for the words ―rupees five thousand ‖ the words ―rupees seven thousand ‖ shall be substituted.
