Power to give directions.- The Government may, from time to time, issue such orders, instructions and directions by specifying the Registers, Forms, Online procedures, Portals, Help Centers not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder to the officers, Micro Finance Institutions (MFI) or Money Lending Agencies or Organizations, borrower, lender for the purpose of proper implementation of the Act and such officers and all other persons employed in the enforcement of the Act, shall comply with such orders, instructions and directions.
