Complaints.- A complaint can be filed regarding violation of the provision of this Act by a Micro Finance Institution (MFI) or Money Lending Agencies or Organization or Lender before the concerned/ jurisdictional police station and the concerned police officer. No police officer shall refuse to register a case: Provided that, a Police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police shall be empowered to file a suo-moto case.
