Regulations.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and of the rules made under section 31, the Medical Council may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations generally to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) All regulations made by the Medical Council under this Act shall be published in the official Gazette. (3) It shall be lawful for the State Government by notification to cancel or alter any regulation made under this Act.
