Exemption from serving on inquests, etc.—Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every person who shall be registered under this Act shall be exempt, if he so desires, from serving on any inquest or as a juror under 1[the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974)]1
