Penalty for setting up wharves, quays, etc., without permission.- Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 35 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to Five thousand rupees for the first contravention, and with a further fine which may extend to Five hundred rupees for every day after the first during which the contravention continues.
