Persons employed under this Act to be public servants for certain purposes.- Every person employed by the Board under this Act shall, for the purposes of sections 166 to 171 (both inclusive), 184, 185 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the said Code.
