Procedure when immovable property cannot be acquired by agreement.- Where any immovable property is required for the purposes of the Board, the Government may, at the request of the Board, procure the acquisition thereof under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisitions, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) or any other applicable laws.
