Existing rates, etc., to be continued until altered by the Board.- As from the appointed day, all rates, fees and other charges in relation to any non-major ports, Inland Water service and Ferry services, shall unless and until they are varied by the competent authority in 15 accordance with the provisions of this Act, continue to be levied and collected, at the same rate at which they were being levied and collected by the Government before such day.
