Advisory Committee.- The State Government may by notification constitute an Advisory Committee consisting of the Director of Fisheries who will be the Chairman and such other official and non-official members not exceeding fifteen as it considers necessary. The Advisory Committee shall advice the State Government on the enforcement of the provisions of the Act.
