Allocation in plan.- The State Government shall keeping in view the plan of the Board make financial allocations to the Board in the annual plan of the State. 1[20A. Power of the Government to direct the Board.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, if in the opinion of the State Government it is expedient in public interest so to do, it may, by general or special order issue such directions to the Board as are necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act, It shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.]1
