Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Malnad Area Development Board Act, 1991 (Karnataka Act 36 of 1991), for the purposes hereinafter appearing: 13 Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the seventy sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
