Inserted by Act 18 of 1993 w.e.f. 18.05.1993. (4) The Board shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by regulations. (5) Every meeting shall be presided over by the Chairman and if for any reason, the Chairman is unable to attend any meeting, any other member chosen by the members present at the meeting shall preside at the meeting. (6) Twenty members shall form the quorum.
