Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, any local fund authority or any officer or servant or any person acting under the direction of the State Government or local fund authority in respect of anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
