Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Local Fund Authorities Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003. (2) It extends to such Local Fund Authorities as may be notified by the State Government from time to time. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
