Travelling and other allowances of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Speaker and the 1[Deputy Speaker, the Leaders of the Opposition 2[,the Government Chief Whips and the Opposition Chief Whips]1]2 on tours.- (1) The Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Speaker and the 1[Deputy Speaker, the Leaders of the Opposition 2[,the Government Chief Whips and the Opposition Chief Whips]1]2 shall be entitled while touring on duty connected with their offices to travelling and daily or other allowances at the rates and upon the conditions specified in this section.
