Amendment of section 12.- In section 12 of the Principal Act,- (i) in clause (a) for the words “twenty five rupees” the words “thirty five rupees” shall be substituted. (ii) in clause (b) in sub-clause (i) for the words “two thousand rupees”, “two thousand five hundred rupees”, “five thousand rupees” and “one thousand five hundred rupees” the words “two thousand five hundred rupees”, “three thousand five hundred rupees”, “seven thousand rupees” and “two thousand rupees” shall respectively be substituted. 45 (iii) in clause (cc) for the words “forty thousand rupees” the words “sixty thousand rupees” shall be substituted. (iv) in clause (ccc) for the words “two lakh rupees” the words “two lakhs fifty thousand rupees” shall be substituted. (v) in clause (h),- (a) in sub-clause (ii) for the words “forty thousand rupees” the words “sixty thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
