Amendment of section 11A.- In section 11A of the Principal Act,- (i) in sub-section (1),- (a) for the words, brackets and figures “the Karnataka Legislature Salaries, Pensions and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2009", the words, brackets and figures " the Karnataka Legislature Salaries, Pensions and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 2025" shall be substituted; (b) for the words "fifty thousand rupees", the words "seventy five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; and (c) in the eighth proviso, for the words “rupees five thousand” and “rupees one lakh” the words “rupees twenty thousand” and “ rupees one lakh fifty thousand” shall respectively be substituted. (ii) in sub-section (5), in clause (ii) for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "two lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
