Liability of the Farm to land revenue and other dues.—A Co-operative Farm shall, as from the date on which it is constituted, or the date on which a new member is admitted, be liable for the payment of all the land revenue, cesses, water rate, betterment contribution and local rates, payable by the land-owner in respect of the land, the possession of which is transferred to it under section 92.
