Amendment of the bye-laws by the Registrar.—The Registrar may, at any time on an application made by a majority of the members of a Co-operative Farm, or on his own motion after giving notice to the Farm in such manner as may be prescribed, and after giving an opportunity to the Farm to be heard amend the bye-laws. 76
