Vesting of land surrendered by limited owner.—(1) Where the land surrendered under section 67 is by a limited owner, it shall vest in the presumptive reversioner. (2) Where as a result of the vesting of any land under sub-section (1), the total land held by the reversioner exceeds the ceiling limit specified in section 63 or 64, such reversioner shall, within a period of ninety days of such vesting furnish a declaration of his holding in the prescribed form to the 1[Tahsildar within whose jurisdiction]1 his holding or any part thereof is situated, and all the relevant provisions of this Act shall thereupon apply as if it were a declaration filed by him under section 66.
