Payment of compensation to be full discharge.—The payment of 1[the amount]1 or the value of encumbrance, maintenance or alimony to the land-owner, landlord, or intermediary or other persons entitled thereto in the manner prescribed by or under this Act shall be a full discharge of the liability for payment of compensation and no further claims for payment of 1[the amount]1 shall lie against the State Government or any other person.
