Court-fees.—1[(1)]1 Notwithstanding anything contained in the 2[Karnataka]2 Court- fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, every application or appeal made under this Act to the 3[Court]3, 4[Tahsildar]4 Assistant Commissioner, 5[Tribunal]5 Deputy Commissioner, the 3[District Court]3 or the 2[Karnataka Appellate Tribunal]2 or other authority shall bear a court- fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
