Orders in appeal.—(1) The 1[x x x]1 2[x x x]2 3[Karnataka Appellate Tribunal]3 4[or the Assistant Commissioner]4 in appeal may confirm, modify or rescind the order in appeal or its execution or may pass such other order as may seem legal and just in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
