Enquiries.—(1) The 1[Court]1 shall exercise the powers, and shall as far as possible follow the procedure of a Court of Small Causes as provided in the law for the time being in force relating to the powers and procedure of such court, in making enquiries, recording of evidence and of decisions at such enquiries.
