Penalty for failure to report unlawful occupation of lake.-Being an officer or servant of the Authority or the Government or any local or other authority entrusted with the responsibility of reporting of unlawful occupation or use of lake or maintenance and protection of lake, fails to report or to take action to remove such unlawful occupation or to maintain or protect lake shall be punished with imprisonment for a term, which may extend one year and with a fine of rupees ten thousand.
