Officers and other employees of the Authority.- (1) The Government shall provide to the Authority with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority. (2) The method of recruitment, the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed. 11 Authorized Officer.- The Government may appoint an officer not below the rank of a Group 'A' officer of the State Civil Services as Authorized officer who shall exercise powers under this Act and such other powers as may be specified by the Government from time to time.
