Constitution of the Board.- (1) As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a Board called the Kudala Sangama Development Board. (2) The Board shall have its headquarters at such place as may be determined by the Board from time to time. (3) The Board shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued. (4) The Board shall consist of the following members namely:- 2 [(a) The Chief Minister or Revenue Minister or any other Minister as chosen by the Chief Minister - Ex-officio Chairman.]2
