Employees of the Board.- (1) Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Board may appoint such number of employees as it may find necessary for effective implementation of the Act: Provided that, the State Government shall appoint a Controller of Finance and Accounts not below the rank of Group 'A' Junior Scale Officer' 1[on deputation] 1 either from the Indian Audit and Accounts Service or from the Karnataka State Accounts Service.
